Who are you?

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle animation production within production departments, with a working understanding of animation techniques and technologies
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a collaborative and people-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize, while remaining calm and confident under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines with ease
• Displays initiative and a positive attitude
• Outstanding time management and prioritization skills while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient at using Google Workspace apps (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Drive and Meet) 

Wait, what? That’s me! Tell me more. What would my day look like?

• You’ll ensure that artists have the information necessary to complete their tasks, including production schedules and delivery dates
• You’ll manage workflow and tasks, tracking weekly production deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates
• You’ll organize and attend daily meetings, managing and distributing notes and action items, supporting the Producer, and managing the flow of information between departments
• You’ll keep the Producer informed about progress, risks, and needs, as well as looking ahead to flag any problems
