Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
  • 3-4+ Years of Public Accounting or Industry experience, Big 4 experience a plus
  • Experience in Anaplan and Workday are a plus
  • Very strong excel skills and passion for new technologies
  • Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity
  • Experience with, and enjoys collaborating with sales executives and sales management
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, constantly evolving, highly transactional and data driven role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization
  • You are passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and within your functions

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly finance and operating lease journal entries, reconciliations and related schedules for financial reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement and workplace team to set up new leases, validate lease data and attributes, and calculate financial statement impact
  • Review partner agreements/invoices and prepare partner fee monthly accrual calculation
  • Support scaling our processes through automation by working on system implementations and enhancements, specifically in scaling our partner accounting operations and automation efforts via Anaplan
  • Assist in managing the monthly close process and reconciliations such as accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, and various other areas
  • Assist in daily general ledger operations for the majority of financial statement processes
  • Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional departments to ensure completeness of accruals
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits through interactions with external auditors
  • Lead change in the organization through participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses (i.e. entity rollout, statutory audits, etc.)
