  • 2 years+ of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and data-as-a-service business models, and associated sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective working independently as well as within a team.
  • Proven success managing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and autonomous environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales Enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate how Beamery's solutions can address them.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Develop and manage a robust, healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and a seamless onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and customer interactions.
