The firm's expansion into this area of business will be led by director Stuart Lowe, who joined the insurer from Howden this month.
Recently, Howden launched the Howden Auto Tracker, a new automated follow-form facility that aligns tracker capacity with algorithmic capacity, providing brokers with streamlined access to both from a unified data source.
Today, Howden announces it has agreed terms to acquire Chartered Financial Solutions Limited (CFS), a large financial advisory firm established in 2005 and based in Ranelagh, Dublin. This acquisition is subject to CBI approval.
Lowe (pictured) joins from Howden, but also previously worked for Reich before their acquisition by Howden.
"At Haven Knox-Johnston Specialist, we believe that the best way to serve boat owners is by being where they are," saod Steve Hook, marine divisional director for the Howden Group.
