Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience in a financial or retail environment is required.
  • Experience using customer-facing transaction systems in retail or service environments, with the ability to quickly learn banking policies, teller functions, and related systems.

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, establish rapport, and provide an outstanding personalized client experience.
  • Assist clients in the lobby and teller line, and refer clients to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs.
  • Execute a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed assigned individual and team referral and sales goals.
  • Identify client profiles and needs, ask need-revealing questions, handle objections, close referrals to appropriate business partners, and support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop business-name sales leads by researching Hoovers or other lists and providing lead information to sales staff, while meeting the bank’s minimum monthly lead goal.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information obtained.
  • Promote the bank’s products and services.
  • Adhere to cash-handling, operational, security, and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
  • Learn and perform servicing functions supporting bankers, including complex transactions, security-policy monitoring, balancing practices, and timely documentation processing.
  • Open and close the branch as part of a two-member team and according to assigned schedules and security procedures.
  • Provide timely client service and support the banking center team.
  • Develop and maintain prospect lists of potential non-on-us leads from teller-line transactions.
  • Handle checks, debit and credit tickets, loan payments, and other transactions within established limits.
  • Maintain currency and coin supplies, verify cash shipments, and order and ship currency and coins.
  • Balance automated teller machines, teller cash recyclers, and night depositories as applicable.
  • Perform client-service functions including account opening, wire transfers, address changes, statements, checkbook orders, ATM/debit-card orders, and personal identification number changes.
  • Scan teller work through branch remote capture daily and send files and documents for storage according to bank guidelines.
  • Answer internal and external client phone calls and respond to specified support emails.
  • Assist with debit-card activation, travel dates, limit increases, disputes, and ordering new cards.
  • Follow up on missing or pending signature cards and past-due safe-deposit-box rent.
  • Provide access to safe-deposit boxes after verifying client identity and access rights; handle surrender-box documents.
  • Witness drilling of safe-deposit boxes when keys are lost or property is abandoned and prepare abandoned property for escheatment.
  • Complete domestic and international wires within authorization limits and banking policies.
  • Increase bank relationships through cross-selling, marketing materials, promotions, telemarketing, client-relations development, and prompt service.
  • Guide new and existing clients in using digital banking products and services, including enrollment, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Provide coverage and support at other banking center locations as needed while maintaining regulatory, security, segregation-of-duties, and dual-control requirements.
  • Work assigned schedules and locations based on business needs, including changed hours and weekend coverage.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
