What You’ll Do
- Manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide excellent communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their cases.
- Negotiate settlements and handle trial advocacy where necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of legal writing, research, and oral argument skills.
- Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
What You Need
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney.
- Active membership in the California State Bar (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a case independently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to a positive team culture.

- Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 annually (based on experience).
