Requirements
  • At least 1+ years of experience conducting user research in a product environment (B2C or B2B)
  • Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing (moderated and/or unmoderated)
  • Experience creating surveys and analyzing the results to determine user attitudes and behaviors
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to share research to all audiences from designers to executive level stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead research initiatives to improve the dating experience for black singles
  • Foster understanding of user segments within BLK and other Affinity apps
  • Generate actionable insights for stakeholder decision making
  • Communicate insights through reports and presentations
  • Partner with Design and Product teams to integrate research into practice and culture
