Requirements
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injuries is required.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral principles is required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans using Applied Behavior Analysis principles and Positive Behavior Supports.
  • Monitor treatment integrity, analyze behavioral data, and adjust programming as needed.
  • Build therapeutic relationships and integrate behavioral strategies into everyday supports.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to residential and program staff.
  • Partner with Residential Program Managers to support programming, crisis response, and overall program quality.
  • Participate in intake, transition, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, outpatient providers, families, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master of Social Work degree is preferred.
