  • A background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Familiarity with social media (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and community (Reddit, Discord) platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for PR campaigns, influencer programs, and social media engagement.
  • Build and maintain target lists, monitor influencer content, and support ongoing influencer activations.
  • Collaborate with the team to engage with audiences across social media and community platforms.
  • Assist in drafting creative content briefs for campaigns, social media assets, and influencer collaborations.
  • Keep track of industry news, trends, and brand mentions across traditional and digital media, providing insights to inform strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for KRAFTON’s communication efforts.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings to ensure clear communication and actionable takeaways for the team, amongst other requests.
