Solution Architect

Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with Delivery Management experience to lead cross functional initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency across technology teams. Role will oversee the successful execution of technology projects. This role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction, while managing resources and budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Own endtoend delivery of projects and programs. Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope and objectives. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Manage program risks, dependencies, and timelines. Facilitate technical discussions and decision making across teams. Track and report progress to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with architectural standards and engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 15 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, software development or technical program management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problemsolving skills. Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle. Experience with AgileScrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
