Requirements
  • 7+ years sound Travel Industry knowledge & experience
  • 5+ years progressive leadership experience in a TMC/ travel industry contact support center environment
  • 3 years travel industry experience at the Manager level
  • Advanced level knowledge of Sabre / Amadeus GDS and online/offline Travel operational processes
  • Knowledge of, and familiarity with, CRM applications (e.g. Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc)
  • Customer-Centric mindset
  • Ability to build relationships and motivate people and teams
  • Proven mentor and motivator in travel service requirements
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Business analytics skills
  • Results-driven and proactive
  • Technically proficient in Navan technology and supplier tools
  • Solid business acumen
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts
Responsibilities
  • Ensure team development through regular reviews and coaching sessions
  • Understand daily responsibilities of travel consultants
  • Perform Quality Evaluations on travel consultant interactions
  • Monitor and provide feedback on errors and performance metrics
  • Communicate clear expectations to agents
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve consultant performance
  • Manage escalations and customer communication
  • Participate in projects to improve service delivery
  • Support in consultant recruitment and new starter inductions
  • Identify processes impacting team productivity
  • Cascade travel industry updates to the team
  • Complete all training requirements
