Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide a team of demand generation specialists and managers, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Set clear goals aligned with company objectives, driving revenue and client expansion
  • Lead and execute demand generation strategies, driving new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships
  • Ensure campaigns align with our brand strategy and market positioning, connecting our solutions across all channels
  • Partner with senior leadership to refine demand strategies, aligning them with growth, retention, and market expansion goals.
  • Embed demand generation into the broader GTM strategy, supporting both new business and existing client growth
  • Drive platform and brand campaigns that enhance brand equity and support consistent growth
  • Develop full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline impact, aligning with business objectives
  • Lead audience clustering and product prioritization to maximize campaign effectiveness across key segments
  • Collaborate with content and channel teams for seamless integration across all touchpoints
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies using data insights, ensuring revenue and pipeline goals are met
