The Senior Manager, Demand Generation, is a strategic and collaborative leader, responsible for guiding a high-performing team to achieve company revenue goals. This role owns the marketing pipeline, driving demand generation strategies for both new and existing clients, and managing the full customer lifecycle. By aligning initiatives with business objectives, the Senior Manager fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results. What you’ll do:
- Mentor and guide a team of demand generation specialists and managers, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous growth
- Set clear goals aligned with company objectives, driving revenue and client expansion
- Lead and execute demand generation strategies, driving new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships
- Ensure campaigns align with our brand strategy and market positioning, connecting our solutions across all channels
- Partner with senior leadership to refine demand strategies, aligning them with growth, retention, and market expansion goals.
- Embed demand generation into the broader GTM strategy, supporting both new business and existing client growth
- Drive platform and brand campaigns that enhance brand equity and support consistent growth
- Develop full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline impact, aligning with business objectives
- Lead audience clustering and product prioritization to maximize campaign effectiveness across key segments
- Collaborate with content and channel teams for seamless integration across all touchpoints
- Monitor performance and optimize strategies using data insights, ensuring revenue and pipeline goals are met
- Own revenue and pipeline targets, with a focus on both client acquisition and lifecycle management
- Regularly report on demand generation performance, offering strategic recommendations to leadership for growth and retention.
What you’ll bring:
- 9+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing full client lifecycles
- Expertise in B2B SaaS, marketing automation, CRM systems, and multi-channel lifecycle strategies
- Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Proven ability to partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals
- Experience managing complex campaigns with strong organizational and project management abilities
- A balance of big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
- Skilled at influencing leadership and collaborating across teams
