  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager

  • Develop strategy for K-5 curriculum products
  • Lead the team in building and launching products
  • Set goals and metrics, analyze data, and monitor product adoption
  • Review and provide feedback on curriculum products
  • Develop effective partnerships and working relationships
  • Maintain understanding of K-5 student needs in computer science curriculum
  • Represent Code.org values and contribute to team practices
