Requirements
  • 4+ years operating performance marketing and demand generation campaigns for B2B.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL etc.
  • A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs and spend.
  • Proven track record of testing and optimizing, finding and building on success in new channels.
  • Expertise in analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, PostHog, Ahrefs).
  • Expertise in various digital channels (ex. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Display, etc).
  • Bonus: Expertise in unique digital channels (ex. Reddit Ads, Podcast Ads, Newsletter Ads, etc).
Responsibilities
  • Create, optimize, and analyze end to end campaigns including digital channels.
  • Proactively suggest and test new opportunities for growth- new channels, messaging, audiences, etc.
  • Create customized experiences using various channels including Linkedin, Display, Facebook, and more.
  • Identify target audiences and creatively build and lead across-channels marketing campaigns.
  • Create and develop landing page content with sales and design teams.
  • Deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs.
  • Build and optimize integrated campaigns for various customer profiles.
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and maximize impact of marketing efforts.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and ad campaigns to optimize program performance.
  • Create and oversee marketing collateral, owning messaging consistency across channels.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to improve CVR.
  • Own metrics, analytics, and tracking for demand generation activities.
