- Serve as the interface and point of contact for transplant-related topics between intensive care units, outpatient clinics, other specialist departments, and external partners.
- Ensure guideline-compliant list management and case documentation in internal clinical systems, registries, and databases.
- Contribute to creating, implementing, and continuously improving internal standards, standard operating procedures, and processes in cell therapy, including quality assurance.
- Advise, inform, and support patients and relatives throughout the transplant process, including education, preparation, and coordination of follow-up care.
- Contribute to continuing education, professional development, and internal educational and public-information activities concerning cell therapy.
- Experience in transplant medicine, hematology/oncology, intensive care medicine, or a comparable area.
- English-language skills.
