  • 2+ years of enablement experience in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience a plus (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
  • Strong project management skills
  • An enablement expert over a product expert, with strong stakeholder management with technical experts
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills in writing, editing, and presenting
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training content and programs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and iterate content for onboarding and training
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support program, process, and product updates
  • Establish a cadence for ongoing enablement activities and documentation creation
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the revenue enablement program
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and content
  • Develop content, playbooks, and collateral for revenue teams
  • Craft messaging to communicate the value of the platform to customer-facing teams
  • Lead initiatives related to GTM launches and product releases
  • Support the enablement tech stack across CMS, LMS, and productivity tools
  • Leverage enablement and sales tools to enhance development and productivity
