Responsibilities
  • Working on medium to large-scale complex, cross-functional projects
  • Driving cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identifying risks and issues and mitigating or escalating as needed; managing complex up and downstream project impacts.
  • Planning, designing, managing and executing project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
  • Leveraging problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
  • Conducting regular meetings with the project team. Documenting progress and reporting to stakeholders on project status.
  • Partnering with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Forging relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Communicating and facilitating effectively across diverse audiences
  • Identifying risks and issues and mitigating or escalating as needed
  • Identifying ways to improve or streamline business processes
  • Facilitating meetings and ensuring that project documentation is created and maintained in a well managed way
