Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or client-facing roles within facilities management.
  • Proven success in driving growth strategies and securing large-scale contracts in Integrated Facilities Management or related services.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and accountability.
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives short- and long-term growth in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Lead initiatives to secure new clients, expand service offerings, and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with key decision-makers across target industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, marketing) to craft winning proposals and solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for large-scale contracts.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to operations for successful service delivery.
  • Monitor pipeline progress, forecast performance, and report to senior leadership.
  • Align business development efforts with organizational goals and market trends.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 9, 2025) - Dexterra Group Inc. (TSX: DXT) ("Dexterra Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company and its syndicate of lenders have executed an amendment to its existing revolving credit facility (the "Facility"). Under the amendment, the Facility size has been increased from $260 million to $425 million plus an uncommitted accordion of $150 million, and the term has been extended to four years, now maturing on September 7, 2029.
