  • Education in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or similar.
  • Experience writing detailed requirements for a software feature or solution for an internal or external customers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and using tools such as writing SQL queries, sheets, or similar.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and will roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Product for Voice Connectivity routing and security team based in United States who is responsible for originating 100% of calls to the public telephone network globally.
  • Responsible for the roadmap, requirements and prioritize releases for your engineering team
  • Write detailed and technical product requirements for your engineering team
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors
  • Run Looker (SQL queries) to track adoption, and success metrics, and KPIs. Create hypothesis and validate with data and customer testimonials
  • Taking into consideration customer use-cases and dynamic regulatory frameworks, make recommendations on how to evolve the platform.
  • Generate customer communications when regulatory frameworks change impacting customers
