Requirements
  • 5 days onsite
  • Deep understanding of the Filipino and Filipino-American community, including their taste palette, food trends and culture
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience applicable to marketing, digital media marketing, advertising, and communications industry
  • 1+ year of email and push marketing experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills are essential
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics
  • Proficiency with standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and etc.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, an email marketing tool
Responsibilities
  • Own content strategy and execution for the Filipino storefront in specific regions.
  • Create video and photo content of recipes and food items that can be found and purchased on Weee!. Deliverables: Video itself, GIFs, photos etc
  • Collaborate With Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue
  • Build an effective content/ editorial event calendar for the Filipino market
  • Analyze and report campaign performance to provide significant findings, learnings, and actionable insights to leadership and improvements to tools and processes
  • Communicate and prioritize tasks on projects with internal stakeholders (product, data, marketing, merchandising)
  • Monitor daily banners, email automations and data processes and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Deliver weekly performance reports to the Market leader
