Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Design and architect Microsoft 365 solutions, including Azure, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect, Active Directory, migration from on-prem Exchange to O365, LDAP security, SharePoint security, VM networks, Cloud Dev Ops and other related technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to develop an internal talent pool.
  • Develop and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct assessments and audits of existing Microsoft 365 environments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of Windows Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
  • Identifies potential points of integration between M-365 services and business applications and works with technical colleagues to deliver key integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance collaboration capabilities.
  • Work closely with Security team to establish governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
