Requirements
  • 3+ years of construction project management or similar experience
  • Experience working with airports, 7460 airspace reviews, 163 applications, and Airport Layout Plan updates
  • Certification or degree in construction management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CAD experience
  • FAA Private Pilot License
  • EV Driver or first-hand EV experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and BETA expectations
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Charge Network Development Projects, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns

BETA Technologies is developing ALIA, an electric vertical aircraft (EVA) with a focus on safety, reliability, and sustainability. The aircraft features a simple design, fixed-pitch propellers, and centrally located batteries for stability and ease of control.
