Splice is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team in New York to help us build the creative hub for the modern musician. As a member of our CX team you will report to our Customer Experience Manager and be responsible for delivering world-class support to our musician-users. We are looking for an expert problem solver who has a passion for helping others on their music creation journey. Ring a bell? Read on!

What You’ll Do:

• Work with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users.
• Engage with our customers via email, “real-time chat”, and our knowledge base.
• Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams.
• Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions.
• Draw on your understanding of music creation in order to help our users achieve their creative goals.

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is $52,500 - $67,500. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
