Requirements
  • A student pursuing a bachelor's degree or MBA is required
  • Available 15-20 hours per week beginning in January 2025 through the Spring 2025 school term.
  • Prior internship experience in a marketing or sales environment.
  • Located in either Miami or New York City
  • Experience with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and with project management skills
  • Demonstrated leader that excel in hands-on team environments with a lot of collaboration.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Interest in beauty and a basic knowledge of the salon industry or B2B a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Goldwell Americas Regional brand team with a special focus on our salon professional color lines, including launching a new digital system for dispensing salon hair color.
  • Support asset creation, salon communication development, sales support and competitive research.
  • Conduct business, forecast, and sales analysis and provide recommendations on how to improve current processes.
  • Help with general administrative tasks, such as marketing and merchandising inventory management, shipping, online research and maintaining databases.
  • Help research current salon programming, allowing the team to evaluate potential opportunities and minimize financial impact.
