- A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
- Current membership in good standing with the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
- Good interpersonal, observation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and adapt to an evolving environment.
- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Adapt the environment or recommend assistive devices to promote autonomy and safety.
- Provide rehabilitation and functional stimulation interventions.
- Participate in clinical committees and continuous improvement of practices.
- Document follow-ups and interventions according to professional standards.
- Experience in a geriatric setting, long-term care, or functional rehabilitation is a major asset.
