Responsibilities
  • Support sales growth of firefighting equipment
  • Provide product and service information, including pricing/quotations, delivery time, order entry, expediting, customer service, and customer development
  • Maintain and grow current customer accounts
  • Partner with the outside sales team in developing new business opportunities
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution
  • Fire Service experience a bonus
  • Bilingual is a bonus
  • Experience in a sales support role, Inside Sales or Direct Sales preferably in a Business-to-Business relationship driven role
