Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is required
- Professional demeanor, self- starter, organized with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, technical accounting proficiency, effective problem-solving skills and strong ability to interpret accounting information/reports
- Analytical skills, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills
- Prepare analyses and reporting of financial data at the end of each month
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with ticketing programs such as Archtics, ProVenue, Ticketmaster are preferred, but not required
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Responsibilities
- Building patron accounts, managing ticket inventory, billing clients, and reconciling orders for tickets allocated to internal departments using ticketing programs
- Create pivot tables for month-end reporting in Microsoft Excel
- Management of financial ticket reconciliation for various internal departments and external groups to ensure billing for all global events is done timely and accurately
- Oversee compilation of all financial documents and reporting relevant to the planning and operations of ticketing Global Events, including budget forecasting items for Finance
- Provide additional ancillary event support to the Global Events department on an ad-hoc basis
