Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia PA
Duration: 6+ months

Manager Notes:

·Recruitment Coordinator

·Owning the new-hire process.

·This includes ensuring the candidate is having a wonderful recruitment experience as well as guiding them through all the processes of starting a new job.

·Experience in facilitating orientation for new hires on a weekly basis.

·Supporting the recruiters with day to day tasks such as interview scheduling, guiding their new hire to their first day of employment

·Creating metrics reports and running them monthly

·Processing all SAP Transactions

·Owning and over-seeing the entire requisition and offer process from routing the position for approvals to routing the offer for approvals once a candidate is selected

·Proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Supporting 50-150 candidates

Interview:

·Phone Interview

·Onsite Interview (give them background, meet with team members)

We will be in Philadelphia PA in Center City
Work Schedule: 9 am-6 pm
