Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred and a high school diploma or general education degree is required.
  • At least two years of experience in a leasing position.
Responsibilities
  • Manage neighbor relations by helping people, building relationships, planning events, and providing five-star quality customer service, addressing neighbor concerns professionally and following up to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.
  • Assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing leases and help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity.
  • Take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles, assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
  • Supervise the leasing team, provide general training and development, and set goals and celebrate milestones.

Sunnyvale's planning commission has approved a 225-residence apartment building near a Caltrain station

At its meeting Monday, the commission voted unanimously to approve Prometheus Real Estate Group Inc.'s plan to build an eight-story residential building on Kifer Road just west of Lawrence Expressway.
