- Need experience ith Jira and/or ServiceNow
- Ensure that problems tracked are analyzed and investigated for their root cause
- Find temporary work around/permanent solutions
- Negate the chance of the problem reoccurrence
- Managing the problem process effectively
- Interface with technical resources, Incident Management, Technical Operations, Engineering and QA
- Reduce the overall number of day-to-day production incidents through issue and pattern identification
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational practices via investigation and triage to understand, then execute on meaningful fixes to chronic problems
