Requirements
  • Enrolled in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related program
  • GPA minimum of 3.0 or above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft excel and powerpoint proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
Responsibilities
  • Use classification and regression tree analysis or similar methods to build predictive models to forecast employee outcomes (e.g. turnover)
  • Conduct validation and impact analysis of selection assessments and other recruiting tools
  • Assist with HR dashboard optimization
  • Assist with building powerpoints to provide insights on key HR KPIs for regular monthly operations reviews
  • Assist with other HR reporting and talent acquisition program functions as needed

  • Proficiency in R or Python
