Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting radiology operations, teleradiology services, enterprise imaging environments, or imaging informatics is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with PACS/RIS administration or operational support, imaging interoperability, clinical imaging workflows, and healthcare workflow analysis is required.
  • Seven to ten or more years of experience in imaging informatics, including enterprise PACS administration, design, implementation, optimization, or migration, is required.
  • Experience designing and implementing PACS, VNA, diagnostic viewers, workflow engines, routing systems, disaster recovery, and long-term archiving is required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of DICOM, including query/retrieve, storage, modality worklist, modality performed procedure step, structured reporting, DICOMweb, routing, troubleshooting, metadata reconciliation, and lifecycle management, is required.
  • Experience integrating imaging platforms with electronic health record and radiology information system ecosystems, including Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium and VistA Imaging, across radiology, cardiology, pathology, ophthalmology, wound care, and other specialties is required.
  • Experience with VNA/content migration, including data inventory, retention policies, normalization, reconciliation, validation, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning, is required.
  • Knowledge of imaging infrastructure, including Windows/Linux, networking, DNS, certificates/TLS, load balancing, virtual machines/containers, storage tiers, high availability, capacity planning, and performance monitoring, is required.
  • Ability to develop requirements, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, test plans, runbooks, configuration management artifacts, and evaluation criteria is required.
  • Federal healthcare experience with DoD, DHA, MHS, VA, or similar organizations is required.
  • Familiarity with federal security and privacy requirements, including RMF, NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA, Privacy Act, ATO processes, and vulnerability remediation, is required.
  • Eligibility for Public Trust is required; Secret clearance is required only if needed.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to prepare for targeted solicitations.
  • Support clinical and technical components of pre-solicitation and solicitation development.
  • Coordinate and support teaming and partner engagement and review cycles.
  • Contribute to proposal development through content writing and color-team reviews.
  • Evaluate current-state radiology, cardiology, and teleradiology infrastructure and operations.
  • Review and interpret data to develop actionable recommendations for program deliverables.
  • Assess clinical workflows, staffing utilization, workload distribution, modality mix, turnaround-time performance, and operational dependencies.
  • Recommend improvements to operational effectiveness, scalability, workflow efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Assess enterprise imaging operations and technical support structures, including PACS, RIS, voice recognition systems, enterprise imaging platforms, artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows, and interoperability and workflow integrations.
  • Evaluate enterprise imaging staffing models and technical support frameworks.
  • Assess workflow dependencies involving Oracle Health Millennium, VistA, DICOM routing, CVIX workflows, MPI/patient identity resolution, HL7/FHIR interfaces, and imaging data integrity and continuity.
  • Recommend future-state enterprise imaging modernization opportunities and operational enhancements.
  • Conduct workflow mapping and process analysis across clinical, radiology, cardiology, and technical operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, workflow variation, and technical constraints.
  • Support development of demand-capacity models and performance thresholds.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance throughput, responsiveness, workflow standardization, and enterprise imaging scalability.
  • Conduct organizational change management reviews and support organizational change management planning.
  • Assess enterprise clinical quality management functions, including peer review workflows, OPPE/FPPE processes, management reviews, safety lookback activities, and quality governance structures.
  • Evaluate operational impacts of quality oversight workflows on staffing and radiology operations.
  • Collaborate with quality management stakeholders to support future-state improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of VistA/Enterprise Imaging and DoD clinical imaging systems is preferred.
  • Experience with federal healthcare environments, national teleradiology programs, enterprise imaging modernization, or multi-site healthcare systems is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating artificial-intelligence-enabled imaging workflows, imaging analytics, and clinical quality management functions is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIIP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL are preferred.

Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
