Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment
  • Installation and configuration of computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling
  • Ability to maintain government and vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches and telephone systems
