ROLE:
As part of our $1BN XRP pledge to support builders and developers in the XRPL ecosystem, Ripple is launching several accelerator initiatives to nurture projects/ early-stage startups and accelerate innovation in the Web3 and Crypto space. We’re looking to bring on board an intern over the summer who has a passion for blockchain technology, an eye for disruptive innovation, and enjoys working with the startup ecosystem to help shape our accelerator initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work closely with the program team to shape and execute our accelerator strategy as we expect to launch three cohorts in 2023
- Monitor the progress of portfolio companies throughout their participation and build analyses and reports on their program success
- Manage and facilitate meaningful connections between portfolio startups and investors, mentors, and Ripple team members supporting the program
- Help nurture and grow our ecosystem of investors, startup mentors, and benefit partners; this includes identifying and proactively approaching new ecosystem prospects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program; ideally in Economics, Finance or a STEM related field
- Strong understanding of and passion for Blockchain, Web3, and/or related fields
- Experienced working within an engineering-driven culture with a desire to innovate, build, and grow new initiatives
- Ability to rally people together around a common goal and lead by example
- Proficient relationship management skills; can initiate and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
- Enjoys inspiring people and sees diverse teams as an asset; participants and mentors will be located across multiple geographies

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

$25—$35 USD
