Position Title: Retail Associate

Wage Range: $20.00-22.00

As a Retail Associate at Crystal Mountain Outfitters, you will provide exceptional guest service while assisting customers with purchases, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. You’ll be responsible for operating the point-of-sale system, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring guests have a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced mountain resort setting.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow.
Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Background in hospitality industry preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires you to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysthroughout the winter season.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basis.
Has the ability to talk,listen and ask questionsin the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
