The Product Management team oversees the operations, content curation, programming, analysis and marketing of Samsung smart TV and mobile services across 16 European countries.
Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a driven, collaborative and forward thinking person. In this role, you will work alongside with our Business Intelligence team and Data Engineers to deliver data driven solutions, including dashboards, reports and Key Performance Indictors)
You will report directly to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence based in London and work closely with finance teams based in the 80 Strand office.

What will be your key deliverables?
Capture requirements, conceptualise and develop BI solutions such as dashboards, reports and KPI’s that will drive business performance and support management decision-making.
Analyse data to solve complex problems and evaluate scenarios to make predictions on future outcomes and support decision making.
Analyse financial performance against KPI’s and industry benchmarks.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate financial forecasts and models.
Track and analyse business metrics related to TV Ad campaigns and sales performance.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational and financial efficiency.
Contribute to the simplification, improvement and scaling of existing processes and tools. Consider and develop alternative and innovative data solutions, transforming data into insights that drive value
Support the wider team in engaging with our BI platform(s); providing education, guidance and product optimisation to drive toward it becoming a truly self-serve tool for the organisation.
Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
Perform deep-dives to derive actionable insights
Work with large data sets to enable better decision making
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in STEM, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or similar role, preferably within the media, advertising, or TV industry.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organisational skills required.
Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills are required, including a good understanding of formulas, macros, pivot tables.
Proven experience in data modelling and reporting.
Intermediate level experience working with Python
Solid experience in SQL and Data visualisation (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
Understanding of database design and management.
Experience working with finance data or in a finance team – a plus
Experience working with Salesforce - a plus
Experience working with Operative.One - a plus
Experience working with SAP - a plus
Experience working with statistical analysis/tools - a plus
Familiarity with media, TV measurement - a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
