Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role with a focus on Pipeline, Lead Generation and upper funnel business performance
  • Strong analytical proficiency, backed with application (Excel, G-Sheets etc with SQL as a plus)
  • Expertise and Experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
Responsibilities
  • Own the lead handoff process and actively manage the intersection of marketing, sale development, partnership and sales
  • Ensure the integrity of data and data flows in Salesforce
  • Drive excellence in Deel's Pipeline through process improvements and close collaboration and partnership with the Process and systems team
  • Implement workflow / automation to reduce administrative tasks and improve efficiency
  • Drive and optimize Deel's Pipeline lead flows and lead distribution - evolving and optimizing processes and developing metrics to measure and drive improvements
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Sales leads and marketing heads and ensure 100% engagement of all leads for all Horseman sources
  • Conduct pipeline reviews with sales leadership to assess and manage the health of the revenue pipeline
  • Drive our Lead Enrichment Strategy - Define and document the process and drive continuous improvements to increase lead quality
