Requirements
- Korean bilingual ability is required.
- A basic understanding of network and CCTV systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strong communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage in-store information technology equipment including PCs, point-of-sale systems, and printers.
- Support and monitor closed-circuit television CCTV systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide daily information technology support to store employees.
- Participate in a three-week onboarding training program at headquarters.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in information technology support or store-level IT operations is preferred.
