Requirements
  • At least 8 years of B2B content marketing experience, including experience within SaaS, eCommerce, retail technology, or related technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing content strategies that support brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales processes, and revenue marketing principles.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-enabled tools as part of content creation, research, optimization, and distribution workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, product launches, demand generation priorities, and regional growth goals across EMEA.
  • Create content frameworks that support awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, customer expansion, and thought leadership objectives.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, buyer challenges, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform content priorities and messaging.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand teams to ensure content supports broader go-to-market strategies and corporate narratives.
  • Contribute to the development of executive thought leadership, industry perspectives, and strategic narratives that strengthen Rithum’s market position.
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish content across thought leadership articles, blogs, research reports, case studies, webinars, video scripts, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Serve as a hands-on writer and editor, maintaining standards for quality, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
  • Translate complex industry topics, product capabilities, and customer success stories into compelling and accessible content.
  • Develop content that supports both regional priorities and broader company initiatives.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry stakeholders to create credible, differentiated content.
  • Build partnerships with EMEA sales leadership and account teams to understand buyer needs, market trends, competitive pressures, and customer challenges.
  • Participate in sales calls, pipeline reviews, win/loss discussions, and customer conversations to gather insights that inform content development.
  • Translate field feedback and customer insights into content that improves sales effectiveness, buyer engagement, and pipeline progression.
  • Develop sales enablement content that supports prospecting, opportunity advancement, and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute SEO, GEO, and Answer Engine Optimization strategies that improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
  • Optimize content for human audiences and AI-assisted discovery experiences.
  • Monitor content performance using engagement, pipeline influence, search visibility, AI citation, and conversion metrics.
  • Leverage analytics, experimentation, and performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and content investment decisions.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams to measure content contribution across the buyer journey.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content ideation, research, drafting, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for incorporating AI into content development while maintaining editorial quality, factual accuracy, and brand integrity.
  • Identify emerging opportunities related to AI-driven search, content discovery, and buyer behavior.
  • Serve as a champion for innovative content practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise brands, retailers, eCommerce organizations, or digital commerce leaders across EMEA.
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership and strategic narrative frameworks.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Experience contributing to AI visibility, structured content, answer engine optimization, or emerging AI search strategies.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-region go-to-market organizations.
