Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking talented individuals with a skill set in recreational therapy to join our team. We are dedicated to creating a fun and engaging environment for our active seniors, and we are looking for passionate professionals who can help facilitate a variety of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement recreational activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for seniors.

- Engage with residents to encourage participation and foster a sense of community.

- Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of residents.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

Qualifications:

- Experience in recreational therapy, assisted living, and/or memory care is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with seniors and understand their unique needs.

- Creative and enthusiastic approach to activity planning.

Position Details:

- One full-time position with full benefits.

- One part-time position available from 4 PM to 8 PM daily.

- Both positions include free uniforms and free meals per shift.
