Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • In-depth knowledge of Opportunity, Quote, and Order Management processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ features, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows
  • Hands-on experience managing Contracts, Subscriptions, Amendments, and Renewals in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), payment systems, and other third-party applications
  • Proven track record of delivering Salesforce CPQ projects in a leadership role
  • Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies
  • Ability to mentor and lead technical teams while collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement solutions for Salesforce CPQ covering Opportunity, Quote, and Order Management
  • Design scalable processes for managing Contracts, Subscriptions, Amendments, and Renewals
  • Develop and implement workflows and automation for streamlined quote-to-cash processes
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce CPQ capabilities and out-of-the-box functionality, reducing customizations where possible
  • Ensure seamless integration with downstream systems, including ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and eCommerce platforms
  • Lead delivery of Salesforce CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption of Salesforce CPQ functionalities
  • Define and maintain project roadmaps, priorities, and timelines
  • Oversee the Salesforce platform to support Contracts, Subscriptions, and Renewals management
  • Optimize Opportunity-to-Order processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in sales operations
  • Monitor and maintain platform performance, resolving issues and implementing enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing, security, and data management standards
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align Salesforce CPQ solutions with business needs
  • Partner with integration teams to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding
