Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on activation or brand marketing in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or channel marketing
Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing activation marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with product management, sales, and other marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the execution of marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, like Global Marketing Center, and with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Being responsible for programs to help with lead generation and to support new closed-won opportunities to support business growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on activation or brand marketing in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Electronics, Transportation, Energy, Aerospace and/or Defense markets a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
