Requirements
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and internal customer experience teams
  • Experience working directly with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Computer proficiency and SaaS troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of accounting software integration principles and sync logic (NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, and/or Microsoft accounting software)
  • Experience with ticket management systems – Jira, Salesforce, or Zendesk are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and ask clarifying questions regarding technical issues or customer feedback, ensuring clear communication between Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience by efficiently troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and technical issues
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Basic experience using SQL to query and navigate databases for troubleshooting or data analysis
Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers, troubleshooting and reporting bugs, communicating with Customer Support about software releases, and providing feedback to Product from customers.
  • Taking ownership of all technical issues within the product and working with Product & Engineering to resolve customer escalations quickly.
  • Generating excitement for the features covered.
  • Working cross functionally with many teams, not limited to - Inbound Support, Operations, Development, and Product.
