Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office, are required.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures is required.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and log inbound mail and packages.
  • Manage outgoing mail and shipping transactions.
  • Distribute deliveries and notify employees upon receipt.
  • Serve as the point of contact for mail and package inquiries.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies, including paper, toner, and pantry items.
  • Ensure copy/print machines and multi-function devices are operational and stocked.
  • Submit work orders and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Support meeting and conference room setups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Business Service Center.
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning as needed.
  • Provide five-star customer service across all interactions.
  • Offer reception/concierge coverage when required.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and teams.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions.
  • Assist with training back-up staff on procedures.
  • Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime.
  • Determine when additional support is needed for sensitive requests.
Desired Qualifications
  • One or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office support functions is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multi-function devices is preferred.
