  • Strong Pre-Sales Leadership background at first line level or above

  • 5+ years experience in field solution consulting management, in a matrixed selling team environment in the enterprise software space
  • The willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and executing a multi-faceted plan to grow business across the Major Areas
  • Collaborate with business partners across Operations, Solution Sales, Sales, Field Marketing, Solution Consulting Excellence, Industry GTM, Customer Success, Enablement and Partners to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy; ensure alignment of priorities and goals
  • Coordinate out-year planning to ensure the organization continues to scale to support growth expectations
  • Incubate and develop emerging programs that are deemed strategic investments to help us grow and scale
  • Partner with HR to drive team talent development and consistent recruiting/hiring practices
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus
