Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working within a certified quality management system (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude
  • Strong computer skills, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel based on business need (less than 10%)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Sales, Engineering, and Production to resolve quality concerns, customer complaints, and improve processes
  • Provide technical support to operations ensuring consistent application of engineering standards (tolerancing, materials, etc.) and quality requirements
  • Facilitate formal and informal Root Cause Analysis by identifying problems, evaluating solutions, and implementing lean, cost effective solutions(5 Why, etc.)
  • Support engineering tasks by performing design reviews, drawing reviews, engineering changes, FMEA’s, etc.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and determine appropriate actions to prevent future issues
  • Update quality management system (QMS) requirements, critical-to-quality (CTQ) lists, inspection plans, and standard operating procedures
  • Develop and maintain risk-based approach to prevent issues before they impact production
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform additional quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals and continuous improvement

  • 2 years of HVAC experience
  • Experience working in Manufacturing environment and with Product Design Engineers
