Requirements
  • Pursuing PhD Degree in relevant discipline(s) (CS, CE, EE, Physics, Math)
  • 2+ years of relevant industrial and University experience preferred
  • Strong programming ability: C, C++, Python, and Rust preferred
  • Expertise in applying programming system insights and techniques to problems in machine learning, data science, and/or distributed computing
  • Expertise in applying AI, such as large language models, to create new ways of solving the problems of software engineering
  • Ability to implement ideas in the CUDA programming model
  • Experience building software systems used by other developers to solve their own problems
Responsibilities
  • Develop algorithms and design software extending the state of the art in parallel computing, machine learning, data analytics, and other technology areas surrounding NVIDIA's business
  • Invent new techniques, technologies, methodologies, and processes, to enable new products or types of products
  • Produce technology vision and the basis for products 5-10 years out
