Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using various sources
  • Manage ATS and internal job postings
  • Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
  • Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Document all candidate activity
  • Identify new ways to source candidates and key clinical networks
