Work in a dynamic environment in which you’ll use your passion, technical writing experience, and strong analytical skills to continuously improve customer and Xometry documentation from concept to full implementation. The successful candidate will interact with DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and our Supply Chain (Partner) Network and must have the ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced, multidisciplinary team environment at all levels.

A typical day will consist of, virtually or onsite, leading a myriad of engineering centric documentation activities for internal and external customers.  Lead the completion of customer required inquiries such as questionnaires and supplier surveys.  Utilize your strengths as a technical writer to improve our Quality Management System forms and procedures for clarity.  Using your experience, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external customers teams to reduce the turn-around-time of said documentation by leading initiatives to improve customer satisfaction through systematic methods.  This person will work closely with Quality Engineering and lead a world class organization effectively managing documentation through internal and external resources to ensure quick completion. 

Qualifications and Experience:

●Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical writing

●Strong analytical experience

●Effective communicator at all levels of the organization

●Effective facilitator of cross functional team meetings

●Good time management / project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

●Familiar with Google Workspace, Looker, Salesforce

●Familiar with quality management systems
