ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN & CREATIVE SERVICES TEAM
The Campaign & Creative Services team is a leading Democratic political consulting firm with a record of winning tough races. We are a team of operatives, campaign managers and strategists and have an in-house creative studio that specializes in brand strategy, video production, copywriting and design. We serve as strategic and creative partners to our clients, helping them solve their biggest challenges and win races. Strategy and storytelling are at the heart of our craft. We develop our clients’ message and deliver it to the right people with the right creative. We script, produce, edit and place TV, digital and radio ads in multiple states and markets and so much more.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
BerlinRosen is seeking an exceptional campaign operative and creative professional to join our growing team. This person will help lead our team’s development and production of memorable ads, primarily for political, public affairs and advocacy clients. This role’s day-to-day will involve participating in client calls, advising on political strategy and messaging, developing media plans, and generating ideas and scripts.
This role will help grow your network to originate new business and explore opportunities for cross-practice offerings.
Role duration: This is a temporary, full-time temporary position that will run from March 2024 through November 15, 2024.
Role location: Ideally, candidates are based in our Washington D.C. or New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis, though remote candidates in the United States will still be considered. The Campaign & Creative Services leadership team is in-office at least 3 days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As a Vice President of TV & Digital on the Campaign & Creative Services team, you will…
- Help develop winning media campaigns based on research and strategy
- Work with production on creative concepts from conception to execution
- Script ads, scout locations and direct shoots
- Work with media buyers and data to develop and execute media plans and track competitive spending
- Work directly with our clients on media campaigns and general strategy
- Other tasks deemed necessary for the success of our clients
Essential skills:
- 7+ years experience in politics or campaigns
- A knack for or interest in developing smart creative
- Solid quantitative skills
- High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask

WORKING AT BERLINROSEN
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills; prorated): $105,000-$115,000
This role is eligible for an end-of-cycle bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.
